Og vi takker for deres brev datert 30. august i 2021 – på bakgrunn av vårt brev til dere i mai 2021.
Vi viser til meldingen fra ulike land i Europa som for tiden har en politikk med Covid-sertifikater, som Danmark. Det er også meldinger i Norge om at myndighetene her vil følge etter.
Dere skriver i brevet til oss i august at vi hevder at EUs digitale Covid-sertifikat vil føre til obligatorisk vaksinasjon, det er ikke riktig. Men det utfordrer prinsipper som rett til frihet og
menneskerettigheter – og altså EUs eget: «DEN EUROPÆISKE UNIONS CHARTER OM GRUNDLÆGGENDE RETTIGHEDER».
Samtidig er det klart at et Covid-sertifikat vil føre til et press om vaksinasjon, pluss hyppige tester med mer.
I brevet peker dere på at restriksjoner av fri bevegelse er satt for å begrense spredningen av COVID-19, medlemslandene kan pålegge tiltak som begrenser den frie bevegelsen grunnet pandemien.
For det første: Hvilket vedtak ligger til grunn for dette?
For det andre: I hvilke del av charteret står det at den frie bevegelsen skal ta hensyn til pandemier og påfølgende PCR-test eller pandemi-definisjoner fra WHO?
Det er fint om dere kan forklare oss nøyaktig hvorfor fundamentet til EU, fri bevegelse, skal hemmes av en pandemi eller en definert pandemi – og av en PCR-test eller andre tester.
Vi viser i vårt forrige brev til at det vitenskapelige grunnlaget for å hevde at vi har et farlig virus ikke virker å være tilstede:
«Vi stiller spørsmål ved selve testen – og ved det vitenskapelige grunnlaget for covid-19-viruset: Det skal ikke være isolert etter strenge vitenskapelige metoder. Dermed: Eksisterer viruset i det hele tatt? Nummer to: Hvis viruset eksisterer – er det egentlig exosomer? Følgelig har det medisinske miljø snudd virkeligheten oppned? Viruset er der for å opprette balansen i cellene – ikke for å bryte ned?»
Fritt Vaksinevalg i Norge påpeker dessuten to viktig ting: 1. Vaksinene stopper ikke smittespredning 2. Vaksinene er høyst eksperimentelle.
Vi oppfordrer EU å sette i gang med objektive undersøkelser uavhengige av andre organ.
Kan det tenkes at covid-19 faktisk bare er en psykologisk operasjon?
Økonomiske giganter vs. innbyggernes rettigheter
Slik vi forstår det har EU gjort seg avhengig av WHOs vurderinger som har Bill Gates og hans stiftelse som største bidragsyter. Bill Gates er mannen som vil vaksinere alle på kloden og dermed gi seg selv og støttespillerne enorme inntekter. Vi forstår ikke at EU ikke ser utfordringen som ligger her, knyttet til habilitet, økonomiske interesser til gigantselskaper som fort kan gå imot innbyggernes rettigheter og behov for beskyttelse.
For å tjene stort er det lett å se for seg at Bill Gates og WHO krisemaksimerer. At Gates også har kommet med utsagn som tyder på et ønske om å redusere befolkningen på jorda, gjør det heller ikke bedre.
Avhengig av det faktiske innholdet i vaksinene, kan det ikke utelukkes at de kan bidra til svekkede sjelsevner eller egenvilje hos de vaksinerte (DNA-forandring), slik at de kan kontrolleres lettere av multinasjonale selskaper og deres investorer med stater på slep.
Er EU opptatt av å beskytte innbyggerne i Europa mot et medisinsk oligarki/autoritetssystem (som Kina), er det flott om dere sier det i klartekst. Eller EU forvandlet til en” State of Infection prevention and control “ på vegne av WHO/Bill Gates?
Se også på rapportene som kommer fra Litauen på bakgrunn av Covid-passet. EU bør ta sitt ansvar og gjøre noe med situasjon. Dere må også kunne veilede Norge via EØS. Grunnloven settes til side, er vårt syn, for å følge det norske myndigheter oppfatter som EU-politikk.
Det hele gjør oss svært urolige, og hvis ikke EU griper inn og kjemper for friheten – og faktisk følger sitt eget charter – vil tanken på en helt ny europeisk union for den vanlige mann og kvinne bli lokkende.
Dermed ber vi dere om å stoppe bruken av Covid-sertifikatene i hele Europa. Friheten må beskyttes.

I write in relation to your e-mail of 28 May 2021, registered under Ares(2021)3565421
(please quote this reference in any further correspondence). As the Deputy Head of the
unit responsible for free movement, I have been asked to reply to your e-mail. Please
accept my apologies for the delay in replying to you.
In your e-mail, you raise concerns about the EU Digital COVID Certificate1. In
particular, you refer to the EU Charter on Fundamental Rights, and claim that the EU
Digital COVID Certificate would lead to mandatory vaccination, and would violate,
among others, the right to liberty, the right to privacy, freedom of religion, and freedom
of assembly. I can provide you with the following information.
The right to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States is enshrined
in Article 21(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Any restrictions
to the free movement of persons within the Union put in place to limit the spread of
COVID-19 must be based on specific and limited public interest grounds, including, in
particular, the protection of public health.
This means that the Member States can impose measures limiting the free movement of
persons within the EU in response to the pandemic. At the same time, the measures taken
may not go beyond what is strictly necessary or discriminate between travellers based on
their nationality. The Commission monitors Member States’ compliance with these
principles.
To allow for a gradual lifting of restrictions to free movement put in place to limit the
spread of COVID-19, the European Parliament and the Council adopted, on 14 June
2021, the Regulation on the EU Digital COVID Certificate. It consists of a common

framework for the issuance, verification and acceptance of interoperable certificates for
COVID-19 vaccination, test or recovery certificates to facilitate free movement.
The EU Digital COVID Certificate Regulation is an important contribution to getting
Europe moving again, providing a much needed boost to the economy and, in particular,
the tourism sector. Freedom of movement is one of the EU citizen’s most cherished
rights, and the Regulation provides Member States with the tools necessary to facilitate
the lifting of restrictions currently in place across most of the EU.
To ensure that there is no discrimination against individuals who are not vaccinated, the
EU Digital COVID Certificate does not only include an interoperable vaccination
certificate, but also COVID-19 test certificates and certificates for persons who have
recovered from COVID-19. That way, all EU citizens can benefit from the EU Digital
COVID Certificate system.
The Regulation further clearly states that vaccination is not a pre-condition for exercising
free movement rights, and that the Regulation cannot be interpreted as establishing an
obligation to be vaccinated.
I also want to stress that the responsibility for vaccination policies, programmes and
services lies with Member States. This also applies to legislation on vaccination,
including whether this should be mandatory or not. Any queries regarding Member
States’ policies in this regard should thus be addressed to the responsible national
authorities.
It is also important to underline that Regulation (EU) 2021/953 on the EU Digital
COVID Certificate is based on Article 21(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the
European Union and aims to facilitate this right to free movement within the European
Union. The domestic use of COVID-19 certificates for other purposes than facilitating
the right to free movement within the European Union, does not fall within the scope of
the Regulation.
It is up to Member States to determine which health protection measures
they consider most appropriated for access to e.g. public transport or restaurants. In this
context, Member States may indeed use the EU Digital COVID Certificate for domestic
purposes, but are required to provide for a legal basis in national law that must comply,
among others, with data protection requirements.
Where this is the case, the European Commission indeed encourages Member States to
ensure that the EU Digital COVID Certificate is also fully accepted in a non-
discriminatory manner. This is to make sure that travellers going to another Member
State do not have to obtain an additional national certificate.
I can also confirm that a very high level of data protection is ensured in the EU Digital
COVID Certificate Framework.
The EU Digital COVID Certificate uses a decentralised system, which does not require a
central EU database or the exchange of personal data among authorities. In addition, the
data accessed for verifications must not be kept by the verifier following the check (e.g.
when boarding a flight). The issuer (e.g. vaccination centre) may keep data for no longer
than is necessary for its purpose and in no case longer than the period for which the
certificates may be used to exercise the right to free movement.
In designing the system, great care was taken to minimise the amount of personal data in
- For example, the list of data categories is shorter than what is in the WHO “yellow
booklet” used in some Member States to document vaccinations. Data protection by
design is also important for the technical implementation. For example, the guidelines on
technical specifications require that the verifier interface show the result of the
verification in such a way that only the minimum required information is displayed.
In case of successful verification, the information should be limited to the indication that the
certificate has been verified successfully, and minimum personal details necessary to link
the certificate to the holder. In case of a failed verification, the interface should only
display the reason for the failure, including details that prevent the successful
verification.

We refer to the message from various countries in Europe that currently have a policy with Covid certificates, such as Denmark. There are also reports in Norway that the authorities here will follow suit.
You write in the letter to us in August that we claim that the EU’s digital Covid certificate will lead to mandatory vaccination, that is not correct. But it challenges principles such as the right to freedom and human rights – and thus the EU’s own: «THE EUROPEAN UNION CHARTER ON FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS».
At the same time, it is clear that a Covid certificate will lead to pressure for vaccination, plus frequent tests and more.
In the letter, you point out that restrictions on free movement are set to limit the spread of COVID-19, the member states can impose measures that restrict free movement due to the pandemic.
Firstly: What decision is the basis for this?
Secondly: In which part of the charter does it say that free movement should take into account pandemics and subsequent PCR tests or pandemic definitions from the WHO?
It’s good if you can explain to us exactly why the foundation of the EU, free movement, should be inhibited by a pandemic or a defined pandemic – and by a PCR test or other tests.
We point out in our previous letter that the scientific basis for claiming that we have a dangerous virus does not seem to be present:
«We question the test itself – and the scientific basis of the covid-19 virus: It should not be isolated by strict scientific methods. Thus: Does the virus exist at all? Number two: If the virus exists – are it really exosomes? «Consequently, the medical environment has turned reality upside down? The virus is there to create balance in the cells – not to break down?»
Free choice of vaccine in Norway also points out two important things: 1. The vaccines do not stop the spread of infection 2. The vaccines are highly experimental.
We urge the EU to launch objective investigations independent of other bodies.
Is it conceivable that covid-19 is actually just a psychological operation?
Economic giants vs. citizens’ rights
As we understand it, the EU has become dependent on the WHO’s assessments, which have Bill Gates and his foundation as the largest contributor. Bill Gates is the man who wants to vaccinate everyone on the planet and thus give himself and his supporters huge income. We do not understand that the EU does not see the challenge that lies here, related to impartiality, financial interests of giant companies that can quickly go against the rights of citizens and the need for protection.
To make a big profit, it is easy to imagine that Bill Gates and the WHO maximize the crisis. The fact that Gates has also made statements that indicate a desire to reduce the population on earth does not make it any better either.
Depending on the actual content of the vaccines, it can not be ruled out that they may contribute to the impaired mental capacity or self-will of the vaccinated (DNA change), so that they can be more easily controlled by multinational companies and their investors with states in tow.
If the EU is concerned with protecting the citizens of Europe from a medical oligarchy / system of authority (such as China), it would be great if you say so in plain language. Or the EU transformed into a «State of Infection prevention and control» on behalf of WHO / Bill Gates?
Also look at the reports coming from Lithuania on the basis of the Covid passport. The EU should take its responsibility and do something about the situation. You must also be able to guide Norway via the EEA. The constitution is set aside, is our view, to follow what the Norwegian authorities perceive as EU policy.
It all makes us very uneasy, and if the EU does not intervene and fight for freedom – and in fact follows its own charter – the idea of a completely new European Union for the ordinary man and woman will be enticing.
We therefore ask you to stop using Covid certificates throughout Europe. Freedom must be protected.
